BlazePod empowers fitness and sporting enthusiasts with an interactive reflex training platform which consists of touch sensitive pods and a smartphone App for iOS or Android devices.

Through their innovative fitness technology product, users gain increased agility, speed, balance, and stamina to improve their training and sporting performance. From at-home workouts to competitive athletes, from personal trainers to sporting enthusiasts, BlazePod’s popularity is taking physical training by storm on a global scale.

The Brief

When BlazePod initially worked with several resellers in the UK and Republic of Ireland; they knew there was an initial demand for their flash reflex training product. The hunger for fitness products which could enhance workouts was apparent, though BlazePod’s breakthrough into the market was limited due to split focuses across multiple global opportunities.

BlazePod were finding their initial toe-in-the-water activities in the UK and ROI thwarted with little in terms of marketing strategy, operational alignment, or structured marketing initiatives. BlazePod had limited brand recognition or product awareness in their target market; a key driver to opening up revenue opportunities.

The Challenge

BlazePod required a trusted, reputable agency to plan and execute a blended, omni-channel marketing strategy. The strategy focused on increasing BlazePod’s marketshare, and driving revenue from both B2C consumer purchases and B2B direct sales.

We built a personal relationship with BlazePod and commenced initial scoping sessions to outline key objectives, ambitious targets and to share early strategy ideas. The Approach

We were swiftly brought onboard as official UK and ROI marketing partners for BlazePod, utilising our Powered By model. We conducted in-dept market research and produced a detailed 12-month marketing strategy against the brands KPIs.

The approved strategy outlined a blend of traditional and digital marketing tactics, alongside providing support for the B2B sales team. It was clear that in order for us to successfully penetrate a UK and ROI market, a blended approach of above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activity was required.
