With a reputation for supplying innovative products and providing excellent customer service, Multiplay also deliver additional services such as strategy, business planning, 3D modelling and financing options for many B2B sectors requiring family entertainment expertise.


The Brief
Multiplay had some success with their website, ranking on the first page of Google for some of their targeted keywords and receiving a few leads per week for their b2b audience.
They required their site to look more modern and contemporary, while remaining professional. The new website had to speak directly to B2B business owners and high level C-suite executives who run centres such as FEC’s, trampoline parks, inflatable parks and climbing walls. The ultimate goal was to build trust and credibility, and demonstrate Multiplay’s years of experience.
To continue to grow in this industry and provide the right information to their audience, Multiplay knew that their site of five years required both a cosmetic update, restructure of the information architecture, addition of new content and services, and streamlined content mangement so they could make swift and effective updates.
The Challenge
The exisiting website was in need of a visual overhaul, user experience refinements and updates to information that was no longer relevant to their business. The team at Multiplay often found it difficult to update their current website and needed a robust and user-friendly way to manage and update content moving forwards.
It was also important to them that they continue to drive new leads, and any progress they had made with their ranking on search sites be maintained and grown. Multiplay also needed to incorporate more products and service offerings into the new website, so careful foreplanning took place to ensure a clean online experience for the end user.

The Approach
Topodium Group went to work with our 8 phase website design and development process. Auditing the existing site, conducting competitor analysis and working with Multiplay to work out their goals, objectives and requirements for the new website. Upon conducting this research Topodium Group highlighted some key user experience enhancements to improve the mobile experience for users, highlighted additional search engine optimisation (SEO) opportunities.
With all this informed knowledge, Topodium Group worked with the Multiplay team to define new information architecture, timescales, identify new content requirements, and the creation of new assets to support the new site.
From this point a wireframe of the new site was created and signed off, moving rapidly into a hi-fidelity prototype providing a visual and accurate representation of the final site for all stakeholders to review.
Through scheduled rounds of feedback, Topodium Group moved into the development phase of the website design and build. This also included SEO optimisation and final content updates.
Pre-flight checks were carried out including comprehensive testing to ensure the website functioned correctly and was responsive across all screen sizes and devices. The Multiplay team were provided with training on their new website, encompasing user profile set up, content mangement, and guided through the launch process ready for the new website to go live.
