The Brand

Oragyms is an independent gym located in Huddersfield. Combining over 25 years of industry experience, the family owned business pride themselves on their unique facility, relaxed atmosphere and boutique vibe alongside an excellent calibre of fitness coaching and equipment. As a brand and business, Oragyms are actively encouraging and educating their local community towards a better state of health and wellbeing.

The Brief

From the outset, the Oragyms team had a strong vision and defined goals. They approached Topodium Group to increase their membership base, whist retaining and re-engaging an established gym community. Their goal was to grow, and physical expansion into a bigger unit was on the cards.

Topodium Group were tasked with taking the Oragyms brand to the next level; redesigning and rebuilding their website, centralising and synergising their marketing activity across channels, and drive new marketing efforts to generate more leads and enquiries.

The Challenge

Operating in a locally saturated market, Oragyms were battling for members with direct competitors. Yet, their unique and boutique-style facility, and the teams incredible passion and enthusiasm for improving health and fitness was evidently a step above the rest. The challenge was to reflect these unique selling points in positioning and marketing efforts, creating an eye catching and consistent brand to match the Oragyms personality, helping to set them apart from the competition.

The Approach

The Topodium Group team kickstarted this project by auditing and reviewing previous marketing efforts. We swiftly implemented strategies and tactics to improve email and social media consistency, quality and execution.

Working with the Oragyms team on a daily basis, we curated localised content to recapture the magic of the people behind the brand, including members stories. We also took the brand to the next level, evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistency and continuity across all marketing channels, aiding in a professional and contemporary aesthetic.

We rebuilt the Oragyms website, with new technology and a fresh design, all underpinned by the work we undertook to rework the user experience and to provide a frictionless and informative journey for both existing members and prospects. We continue to work with Oragyms to utilise website data and analytics to optimise performance in order to achieve their business goals.

The Results
